We also provide invaluable Community Resources.

Community Employment Services

We believe all individuals should be able to work in our community, develop valuable career skills, and gain confidence in their abilities. We offer people with intellectual and developmental disabilities job recruitment, training, placement, and coaching services. We specialize in tailoring part-time positions ranging from 2–25 hours per week. We partner with a wide range of businesses and organizations across Josephine County, helping to create a more equitable and inclusive environment in the Rogue Valley.

Residential Support

We provide person-centered support for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in family-like homes, of three to five people. Support needs range from complex physical and medical conditions while others require sophisticated communication techniques and behavioral support. Services are provided by a compassionate team consisting of Direct Support Professionals, Residential Managers, and Behavior Professionals who support individual’s goals and respect what makes each person unique. Family members are embraced and encouraged to participate in their loved one’s daily life and are welcome to visit the homes to spend time with their family.

Community Living

We provide person-centered support tailored to each individual's unique needs and goals. Assisting individuals in achieving personal milestones such as owning a home, purchasing a vehicle or planning and attending a dream vacation. We offer daily support and assistance in essential areas like; managing medications, budgeting and financial planning, meal planning and nutritional guidance, navigate available resources with housing and medical benefits, home care needs, including housekeeping and yard maintenance. Our goal is to empower individuals to live independently and achieve their personal aspirations with the support they need.

Southern Oregon Aspire owns a nine-unit apartment complex close to the heart of downtown Grants Pass. This complex allows individuals to enjoy the freedom of independent living with its close proximity to our community where everything is within walking distance. We stand out in what we do within this particular program because of the large variety of support we provide.
