This program serves individuals who find that traditional employment does not work for them due to physical, mental or emotional disabilities. Once an individual joins the Day Supports Program, a person centered plan is developed with the activities the person finds most important and enjoyable.
We strive to build bridges (relationships) that will allow people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to be valued members of our community and experience life to its fullest. Participants visit various locations in our communities participating in activities that they have expressed the desire to do.
The staff looks beyond a person’s disability to support each individual to experience the joy life has to offer in a manner that assures their health and safety.
